Hi Jodie,

If you are already taking Protonix, then you are already doing something to help relieve yourself of the acid. You can read about Protonix here. You can also read about various treatments available here. There is a good primer here about diet and lifestyle changes that can help, also tips on avoiding acid reflux at night.
