Rolaids list diarrhea as a potential side effect but they also state that you should not take them if you nauseous or vomiting. If the symptoms do not go away quickly you should see your doctor to determine the cause of the vomiting and diarrhea. If you let this go on too long you are at risk for dehydration and low electrolytes.
