    Hi Glenda I have a cup of green tea with jasmine every morning (to replace my normal tea/coffee). I have had no problems with it. Nettle tea and dandelion tea have been wonderful for me too. they sound unpleasant but are actually incredibly delicate tasting. Chamomile tea unfortunatley doesn't sit too well on my tummy though. It's a case of try it and see with this disease, ginger tea is supposed to be helpful but I really don't like the taste (reminds me of when I had morning sickness and was encouraged to drink ginger!).
