Q: GERD AND DIABETIC DIET?

I HAVE JUST FOUND OUT I HAVE GERD.  I AM ALSO A INSULIN DEPENDENT DIABETIC.  WHAT DIET DO I FOLLOW? OR CAN THEY BE COMBINED?

Hello Jen,

It might be best to have a consultation with a dietician to sort out the diet plan. Check out this website for common GERD trigger foods such as acidic tomatoes and citrus, spicy food and heavy, high fat food such as fried food that may stay in your stomach too long.
