Symtoms This afternoon got a tightness in my upper abdomen. quite painful. A few hours later vomited. Thought it was maybe acid reflux or heartburn because of location of pain. Took some pepto bismo and about 5 minutes later vomited. It flet better immediately after getting sick now tightness is back again and I have diarrehea??? Had the tightness only once before about 3 weeks ago. It lasted maybe two days but never vomited???
