Q: can reflux turn your tongue orange/yellow?

Thanks for your question. Yellow or orange tongue discoloration is not among the common symptoms of GERD listed here. You should talk to your doctor if you are experiencing these symptoms. I hope this helps, if only just a little.

I believe that it can.  I have suffered from acid reflux and an orange tongue before.  High acidity levels in the body and mouth can have adverse effects on your tongue health. Drinking plenty of water and cutting back on the sodas and dairy products may help.
