For us it was better before the bottle was better. This was for a couple of reasons. 1) She was likely to spit up after eating and hopefully if the Zantac was the first thing in it had a bit of time to get in before she spit up. 2) She didn't like the taste so it helped to get her milk right after the Zantac to wash her mouth out.
