Hello Jen, With the new warnings from the FDA about Reglan, it is a good idea to call the doctor who prescribed the Reglan. The FDA encourages short term use of Reglan. You and the doctor can discuss the information about side effects and decide if your baby would benefit from staying on Reglan or trying a different treatment approach. Be sure to read about other treatments for infant acid reflux on this site. Changing the diet, thickening feeds, elevating the sleep surface, small, frequent meals and holding upright after a feeding can be effective treatments too. Jan Gambino The Reflux Mom
