trouble with severe acid reflux disease?

i was diagnosed with severe acid reflux in January 2009, and lately its like no matter what i eat i start to have chest pains, nausa, food sticking to my esophogus, and trouble breathing and swallowing. what could this be?

You should head back to the doc who prescribed the reflux. If you are on medication it may not be working enough. You may need to try something different, discuss diet/lifestyle issues, see a specialist if you haven't already, etc. Your reflux is not under good control which puts you at risk for further complications.
