can this make you feel like someones squeezing youre stomach? acid reflux i mean

for the past 2 days ive felt like someone is squeezing on my stomach from the inside.ive also experianced vomiting and diarria.can all these symptoms be caused from the reflex?

Is it possible that you have a stomach illness such as a virus or a reaction to some food you have eaten? If you are seeing a pattern of symptoms that lasts more than a week or occurs every day, you should contact the doctor to see if it is reflux or something else.
