hi good morning im concord de quiroz,, iam suffering acid reflux,, i dont know what will i do to prevent the symptoms of my desease.. but i follow my doctors instructions, in one week i suffer heartburn three to four times a day, esp. in the center of my throat, and now i have a hoarseness, sometimes my voice break while i am speaking. pls. help me what im going to do...

Thanks for your question. You should always follow the advice of a doctor, so you should continue to do that. Some options you may want to discuss with him or her include lifestyle and diet changes.
