what does it mean when my stomach burns and i feel sick and cant hardy eat

for the past week now. i have been feeling sick to my stomache. like everytime i put somthing in my mouth i cant eat it. but when i do my stomache burns.. butt even when i dont eat it still burns.. and especially when i panic.. im soo scared im going to die

Thanks for the question. If you are ever having problems like this, especially ones that scare you so badly, you should see a doctor. Only he or she can figure out what the problem might be and how best to treat it. More often than not, he or she will also be able to put your mind at ease.
Nausea can be a symptom of acid reflux. However, as previously mentioned, you should see your doctor to find out what is actually bothering you.
