I cannot find any reference that suggests that this can happen. At the same time  I cannot find any that say it can't. But, most sites say that if you have symptoms while taking it you should stop and that sometimes the symptoms continue despite stopping it. It does not however suggest that symptoms may appear long after stopping it. I would assume though that there will be more research into this now that there have been issues with it. I would report your symptoms to your doctor and make sure that your doctor knows (& remembers) how much you took and for how long.
