Hi my name is Miranda and i'm 15 years old. I have the same symptoms as you have.. I have lost lotsss of weight just because I'm scared of choking on my food.. I go to the er almost 5 times a month just because my chest is in pain. I'v gone to the doctor and they done ct scans and wrote me a prescription for pepcid but the point is I barely can even swallow that and the doctors dont understand that... One dr told me i needed to have a light run down my throat but my family dr has to subscribe it and he claims I dont need it dont that ill be fine its just a minor reflux... I have no normal life anymore I cant do any of my normal athletic things b.c I give out of breath and I feel like I am goin to pass out... If you find anyhting that helps please write  back.. thanku
