I would like to know if the following symptoms could be a concern for acid reflux.
For about two weeks, I've had difficulty eating. Usually at a regular meal or snack, the food will feel like it is stuck in my chest. For about the past week, whether I'm eating or not, I feel like there is something burning and gurgling up through my esophagus. I've just also notice a dull ache that extends up between my shoulder blade and aches whether I'm eating or not. Over the past week, I've been noticing more pain radiating down into my stomach, and I've been having some nausia. I do have prescribed meds for Type II Diabetes and for mood swings, but I've been taking them a lot longer than this has been going on. It's been bad for about 3 weeks. I hope you can answer these questions. Thanks.

Hello Betty, Try to keep track of your symptoms: when the symptoms occur and what you are eating. Take this information to the doctor. Be sure to mention the other medications you are taking too. I am sure the doctor will be able to help you control the symptoms. Certainly you are describing many symptoms of reflux but only a doctor can diagnose this condition.
Good luck and let us know what you find out from the doctor.
