Q: i eat yesterday a burrito and at night i started to feel a burn on my left sid of my chest. is it heart burn because i couldnt sleep that well all night?

It's very likely that what you had was heartburn or reflux symptoms. Foods like burritos, especially eaten late at night, are often the cause of both reflux and gas.

 

Problem is that pain on the left side of the chest can also be caused by heart problems and ignoring it and blaming it on reflux/heartburn can be deadly.

 

So, if your symptoms persist, worsen or come with other cardiac symptoms then you should see someone immediately.
