Hi Virginia, Arm and neck numbness are not symptoms for Acid Reflux. You can read the symptoms for acid reflux here in the symptoms database. You might want to see your doctor. Numbness indicates a nerve issue, either pinched or otherwise damaged. Take care and good luck!Vicki M
