what causes cramps in the legs
i haveit more often at night after a hard working day
Hi Shaya,
Leg cramps can be caused by a number of things. Most likely, you're experiencing leg cramps because of dehydration or decreased potassium levels. Muscle overexcertion can also be a cause of leg crams (which is particularly likely after a long days work!).
To get rid of leg cramps, try drinking fluids regularly throughout the day. Also try adding more potassium into your diet. Good sources of potassium include bananas, peaches, avacoda, and potatoes.
You may also add regular stretching of your muscles to your daily routine - either when you wake up or right before you go to bed.
