weaning 5 month old reflux baby

i have 5 month old fraternal twins, a boy and a girl...the girl has reflux and keeps spitting up her milk...now that she is 5 months old doc asked me 2 start her on solid foods t o see if she can keep it down.she doesn't spit that out...but i am confused as to what other home made solid foods i can...
