Hello Busy Mommy! It might be best to start with sweet potatoes, carrots, white potato in addtion to the foods you have mentioned. Some babies with reflux do not tolerate high acid frusits such as peaches. Every baby is different. I think it is best to go slow and steady with trying new foods when your baby has reflux. You can check for food reactions and make sure she is ready for the new tastes and flavors. Sometimes the food tastes good going down but regurgitate a few hours later and cause discomfort. If you see a reaction, take a break from that food and stick to the ones that were successful. Making your own baby food can add a lot of work to your day. I know there are some short cuts like freezing home made food in ice cube trays. There are many single ingredient, organic baby foods available too. Happy Careful Eating!
