Vitamins are notorious for making reflux worse but it really depends person to person. In order to determine if it is affecting it you could try a few days off and see how your symptoms go. Alternately, you could try taking your vitamin D at a different time of day or with a meal. Many times people will say it really helps to take them with a meal or early in the morning.
