Wednesday, October 27, 2010 Nikoleta asks

Q: after I eat I have pain in my stomach and it feels like I can detect the food when it goes in and where it goes.

During the day I try not to eat much and watch what I eat but my belly still gets hard and swollen. At night it is bad I wake up every few hours cause the food feels like rocks in my stomach untill it passes.

In the morning I am great as long as I don't eat.

I have this condition for 4 days and avoid food as much as I can I lost 3 pounds.

I do not eat bad fried food, I am not overweight I do excersise do not  smoke or drink alcohol. I am in the mid 30 and do not have any cancer in our family history.

What should I do?

You should see your doctor since this is a new problem. Your doctor will check you for reflux, infection, etc. After making a diagnosis he'll be able to come up with a plan to treat your symptoms.
