Q: I had a C-section and ever since my digestive issues have been worse. Is this common?

Or is it a sign of an illness I haven't yet been diagnosed with? I have had my gallbladder removed and have frequent loose bowel movements. I'm seeing a doctor tomorrow but am frustrated because I never seam to get an answer. Could this be reason for me to demand a blood test for celiac's? My stole is also foul smelling and everything I've read points toward some food allergy. How do I go about getting a doctor to listen to me and take me seriously? I seriously feel like I'm slowly getting weaker and more frustrated by the hour.

P.S. I have skin issues as well but mild.
