Hello Shelly,   So sorry you are dealing with reflux and vomiting for 6 long months. In addition to medication, common treatments for reflux include a special diet (formula or breastmilk with a modified diet), positioning (keeping upright after a feeding, sleeping on an elevated surface such as a wedge). Often eating smaller meals and making sure there is a good seal on the bottle or breast will decrease the ingestion of air. This may decrease the spit up and vomiting somewhat. Some doctors recommend thickening the feeds to decrease vomiting. He might be old enough to begins solids. Often having solids before a bottle or having solids and then waiting and having a bottle a hour or more later will also aid digestion.   I am not sure if you have tried any of these treatments. Let me know if you need more information.   Jan
