You should definitely go back to see your doctor sooner rather than later as it sounds like your reflux is out of control. As you know, the Barrett's esophagus is changes to your esophagus due to the reflux that can increase your risk of esophageal cancer. Since you are not being controlled by the meds, it could be getting worse.   There are procedures that are done for reflux.
