Hello!
It is possible for any food to backwash during a reflux episode. Sometimes drinking a large drink all at once puts pressure on the stomach and there can be backwashing. If you drink a lot of Crystal Lite and you are having symptoms, you can certainly cut back on your intake or stop for a few days. Otherwise, you can try taking small sips rather than drinking a full glass.
