Long Time Sufferer on LI

Having more frequent esophageal spasms. I can't eat anything except fat free food during this time.  Any one else have this problem?

Have had acid reflux for 6 months, meds seem to help somewhat but can't get rid of the red and very sore throat. Any suggestions?

Can't keep weight up, can't sleep well

I was diagnosed with Gerd in late june.  When I eat the wrong foods or even eat a normanl sized meal, I don't get heartburn, but my stomach tightens up into knots and I get pressure in my sinuses (feels like a headache).  But my latest issues is that I can't sleep more than 4 1/2 hours at a time before the sinus pressure wakes me... Read moreChevron
