colonoscopy - pain from biopsy

I just had a colonoscopy on Monday and had multiple biopsies taken. Any idea how long it will take for the pain in my intestines to go away? Any suggestions for easy foods to eat in the mean time?

Reflux Meds reaction

I have bad reflux, after taken Nexium for 2 years Doctor said take it twice day. I did and had bad reactions. Tried Kapidex, bad mood change and shakes. I also have a bad rash around my rectum.
