acid reflux could be releted to lichen planus of the mouth ????

I've been living with acid reflux for many years and I've been taking all the medication on the market Losec , Prevacid , Nexium, and now pantoloc , I've also been suffering of lichen planus in the mouth for many years and very often I have bleeding in the mouth. Dealing with Acid Reflux

I'm a 47 year old female, and I'm having a hard time dealing with sleeping and coughing along with acid reflux. How can I deal with this better. Any suggetions.
