I have been occasionally taking prevacid for acid reflux but I found that the over the counter ranitididine worked better.I stopped because i thought there might be a drug interaction with my other meds i am taking norvasc and avapro. Is there a drug interaction ?I also thought i read that green tea should not be taken with one of these... Read more Chevron

GERD & colon

I would like to know if there is any connection between acid reflux and having colon problems, I am having the same burning sensation of heartburn in the colon, and struggling with IBS

uncomfortable acid reflux

well i have had acid relux 4 about a month now..i dont know what to do..it wont go away,im taKING carafate ..how does this go away??how does the acid in your throat go away....its very uncomfortable i haVE SEVERE CHEST PAIN AND I have trouble swallowing..what can i do??it is really starting to scare me nd im only 16..what can i do for these...
