Looking at our health daily and focusing on good eating patterns
I have suffered for 40 years with Gerd, and a bad stomach. I thought I ate well, however I know that I eat to fast. I brought up 2 children and was always harried working for 33 years. Been diagosned with GERD
I have been diagnosed with GERD and taken Prevacid for yrs. Had my gallbladder removed March 2007. Was fine until 2 weeks ago. Thought I was having heart attck. Went to ER and heart is fine. Gerd with sinus problems
