How long is too long?

I've been taking Nexium 40mg/day for about 3 months. I note that the typical dosage period is 4 to 8 weeks. How long can it safely continue to be taken?

What the heck is this pain?

The burning I feel only started about a week ago...Its low though- lower than my rib cage- its actually where I'd assume one of my intestines is just above and behind my belly button. In need of help

I not only have burning in the gut, throat, gums, mouth, but sometimes all the way down to the rectum.  Could all of the above be symptoms of acid reflux?
