People That Are Interested In Acid Reflux

A few days ago, I was eating grapes, one got stuck in my throat. Now it seems when I lay down to go to sleep, I am getting signs of Acid Reflux.  Is this possible? Can food stuck in the throat cause acid Reflux?  Should I see a doctor or will it go away by itself

Not Sure What Happened

I woke up during the night last night and felt like I was drowning. I could not breathe. My throat was full of what seemed like acid because of the burning. It is still burning a little bit. Correct foods to and not to eat

I am currently in Iraq and need help with identifying foods that cause acid reflux to be more active. I don't have lots of choice to chose from, but need to know what I can and shouldn't eat until I get some medicine. Thanks for any help!
