Ask Questions

Because you do not prepare the food you eat at restaurants yourself, it is imperative that you ask lots of questions about the food prepation. As questions about what comes with the dish (fatty sauces or gravies are a red flag) and how the food is prepared (grilled, fried, etc.) Communicate with your server that you have acid reflux.
