I need help

I am 29 living with adhd I was diagnosed as a teen but none of the meds worked partly b/c i hated taking them.Now that i am an adult I really see that I need treatment but can not afford it.doe anyone know of any treatments that are free and actually work?I have a short fuse I get aggravated at little things alot my mind races constantly PLEASE I NEED HELP!!!!

hi,

 

There has been some research on mindfullness meditatio as a tool for ADHD.There are videos on the same on youtube and more on the net.
