Thank you so much for this article.  I have been unemployed for over a year now.  I have finally landed my dream job.  I passed the employee testing, I passed the panel interview, I am currently waiting on my background check (I don't have anything to worry about)  However, I am anxiety stricken with the thought of the physical exam and drug test??  I have been on medication (methylphenidate) for over 3 years.  It has totally changed my life for the better, mentally, physically, and emotionally.  I was really scared about this.  At least I now know my rights and to be up front about my medications.

the only drugs that should be allowed in drug screens is cocaine and these idiots that take oxy's or roxi's that arent prescribed to them drug screens are B/S in my opinion and in my opinion isnt really fair because I was a pot smoker for many years not anymore though but when I was smoking I was a great employee and I loved to do my job and really loved to clean when that was a duty in my job I actually had a boss who would tell me if we were gonna be doing some cleaning to smoke a hog leg before I came in cuz he new I would make the place sparkleCool
