Question of the Week: Do your ADHD symptoms decrease with the nice weather?
We have officially entered into the nicer weather. People are spending more time outside, getting more exercise and eating more foods like fruits and grilled meats.
Since it has been found that exercise can help to decrease symptoms, I was wondering if individuals with ADHD find they are more able to manage symptoms during the summer season.
My question this week is do you find that ADHD symptoms, in either you or your child, decrease as the weather gets nicer?
