The Amen clinic link doesn't work. perusing the site, you now have to pay for the assessment.

Last link also not work...goes to a search-engine squatter.

Here is a link to information I compiled for AnxietyConnection on where to find help when you don't have insurance. Hopefully, you will be able to find a place or organization that can help:

I am fairly sure I have adult ADD, and have for awhile. I am going to start college and I am 44 and affraid I will fail do to my ability to concentrate or retain information. I am see my Doc. on monday and hope she takes me serious, I have had several mental health issues such as severe depression, anxiety,OCD, and substance abuse to pain meds. due to several back surgeries. I have been clean from narcotic for 9 months with the help of Methadone maintenance. I have also been taking CBT classes, which have been helpfull but difficult to follow due to what I believe to be ADD. I always had this kind of trouble in school as a young girl. It all makes sence to me. Any suggestions on how to talk to my Doc?

Thank you,

jeepgrl
