Okay, we all knew this, or at least, we never doubted it, but an article that appeared in the Telegraph.co.uk this morning discussed a recent research study, "A genetic basis for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) has been discovered by British scientists, who say their research explodes the myth that it is just an excuse for bad parenting."
According to the article, researcher Prof Thapar said: "Now we can say with confidence that ADHD is a genetic disease and that the brains of children with this condition develop differently to those of other children."
