ADHD Treatment

The most common treatment for ADHD is a combination of medication and behavioral strategies. Research has shown this to be the most effective way of managing symptoms. There are those, however, that either choose not to take medication or are not able to because of side effects or interactions with other medications or medical conditions. For those, behavioral strategies and supplemental treatments are the best option.
