The following list of tips was compiled with the help of several teenagers with ADHD. These are some ideas they have used to help them stay organized. I am sure some of the ideas can work for younger children or adults with ADHD as well. I hope you find some that work for you.

    Eileen,

     

    These are great. I really like the idea of the clear shoe holder! This would also be great for younger kids, where they can make a game out of. Like...let's count to 50 and grab every little thing on the floor and stuff them into the pockets before time is up.

     

    For my older kiddo who simply loses everything and I mean everything, we've designated a drawer in the kitchen where anything of major sentimental or monetary value must be placed. Funny, you wouldn't believe some of the weird junk that still lands in there.
