I have ADHD & I have been on Concerta for about 4 yrs I take 36 m of concerta due to sleep problems & it seems to work well except for the fact it is not enough to carry through the day ,at about 1:00 PM I get tired & need to take a nape around 3:00 PM We have experimented with more & it seems to lift the tiredness. I guess the next highest dose is 56m I am looking for a Doctor in the phoniex-Mesa area as I am from Mt & have meds shipped here. Any help would be appreciated. thank you Dale
