The following books have not been reviewed by me and being on this list should not be considered an endorsement of the books. The following list has been compiled as a convenience, to let you know what books are available to help you cope with raising a child with ADHD.

 

Parenting Children with ADHD: 10 Lessons that Medicine Cannot Teach

This book offers parents lots of information on raising children with ADHD. Dr. Monastra discusses the role of medication, nutrition and other therapies in helping children and teens with ADHD succeed. The book provides parents with the information they need to create a positive home environment as well as explaining what parents can do when working with the school district in setting up an educational program for their child.
