I take an extended lunch hour (have semi-flextime) and walk for about half an hour after lunch every day (unless it rains).  I gives me a chance to blow off some steam, think about something else, and usually talk to one of a few friends who do the same on a semi-regular basis.  I find my afternoons much more productive and pleansent after my walk.

I try to do exercises, especially walking an hour a day.
The walks allow me to let the thought fly, without my having to worry about anything. And when I take a bath I am renewed.
