    For me, keeping a calendar has helped tremendously.  This seems to help a lot of people I come in contact with who deal with the same problems I deal with.  I still struggle with punctuality, but I'm getting better!

    These are really good suggestions Eileen.  Can there be a positive to this at times?  As in feeling so passionate about something...feeling that hyper focus that you experience what some people call "flow"? 

     

    I am very interested in learning more about executive function...been hearing so much about it lately.  I am glad you are writing about this topic.
