Thanks for your question. In the information that I have read so far, there seems to be little to indicate that undiagnosed Celiacs Disease can lead to ADHD. There was some studies that have shown that undiagnosed/untreated Celiacs Disease can share some common symptoms with ADHD. According to the research, these symptos disappeared when the Celiacs Disease was treated.
I, however, have not done much research on this issue and this is based on a few small articles I have read in the past.
If anyone knows of any additional information on this subject, that would be great and I would love for you to share so that we can all learn more about this.
