ADHD and Your Inner Diamond of Light

ADHD is like a rough diamond waiting to be polished. Many people look for the perfection in diamonds and since there are no perfect diamonds, they end up just looking at its flaws.

 

This type of perfectionistic mindset is very dominant in our world.

It creates more of a focus on the flaws ADDers experience with their daily functioning and makes them feel sub-par.

 

The truth is that people with ADHD are also valuable gems with a divine light who need to be accepted with their imperfections.

 

Rather than focusing on an ADDer's flaws, look at their attributes and embrace their inner diamond.
