About Me
49 year old female diagnosed with ADHD plus bipolar mood disorder, type II (same as manic/depression). I knew I was "different" but just thought it was my temperament. I am so grateful for the diagnosis (although very disturbing at the time) and meds to help me. My life has literally turned around and would love to encourage others in the same place in life to seek help.
