About Me

I am a 48 year old Author/Freelance Writer who has just released a book about living with undiagnosed ADHD. "Dear Mary: My Life with ADHD describes the how ADHD impacted all aspects of my life. The book describes poignant episodes of internal struggle, including periods of hard core alcohol and drug abuse that were a vain attempt to slow the rapid fire thoughts bouncing around in my brain. The ridicule and rejection by peers, family members, and authority figures led to decimating periods of oscillating feeling of anger and suicide. The book is a lifelong mission only recently realized because the undiagnosed ADHD symptoms that previously tarnished my life are now absent.
