I am going to start blogging here on this subject. My house is a mess. My affairs are chaotic. This has not always been the case. I managed to complete college and grad school with excellent grades. I have also been continuously employed after I learned the required social, organizational, and political skills required. Although I am now out on leave for physical disabilities. Although I'll admit to a messy desk and being hyper and impulsive at work somehow I learned to compensate.
I have had a lot of personal, legal and medical setbacks every time I tried to get on my feet that have interrupted my progress. The situation is now desperate and I am committing here to turn the corner. Any help and input I can get is really welcome.

It is important for patients to receive an accurate diagnosis and medical treatment to manage the symptoms of ADHD. It is equally important for patients, and their families, to have a support system available. The support of a community provides a place to be accepted, to share triumphs and failures, to swap ideas and strategies for coping with ADHD on a daily basis. Through this community, people can take a proactive role in managing symptoms and creating successes in their lives. Health Central is such a community.
I hope that you find this site to be helpful in your situation and please feel free to email me should you have any questions.
