Hi. My name is Jamaica but i like to be caled Jet. My adopted parents were abusive to me and my brother, but the worse thing is: my adopted mom was very abusive to my adopted dad. She hit him and threw stuff at him and called him a lot of mean names. My adopted mom was white and my adopted dad was black. I loved my adopted dad in a way, but i hated my adopted mom for all the things she did to me, my little brother, and my adopted dad.

I am sorry you had such a difficult time. You and your brother (and Dad) deserved better. It must have been hard growing up in a home like that. You don't mention how old you are now, but I am assuming you are grown and no longer living with your adoptive mother.
Please don't fee that this abuse was in any way your fault. It sounds as if it was your mother had her own issues to deal with that had nothing to do with you.
