About Me

I have had ADHD all of my life. Since I was always having too much fun in the class room as a child, I found myself living in the school hallway most of my scholastic career. lol. I have learned to use my ADHD to my advantage as an adult. I always joke with people that I feel bad that they weren't blessed in having ADHD. Seriously, how many people do you know with out ADHD that can drive down the express way steering with their knees while they are talking to someone on the phone while typing an email on the computer, eating a burger, looking for a paper that is stacked in a pile on the dash, while trying to ignore the non ADHD passenger's incessant driving criticisms and having fun while doing it all? I have owned several businesses over the years, retired at 50, went back to college and now at 55 am just starting in a profession where most of my colleague's are in their late 20's to early 30s. I love it and only realize that I am the more experienced one when I see myself in a plate glass window or a mirror. I have three older kids and a baby grand daughter. I love life and God willing don't look to retire until I am in my 80s.
